From a young age, I’ve had a passion for hospitality and Real Estate development, after working for two years as an Intern at Prime Group in multiple departments both out on the field and in the office, there is no other company I would have imagined working and learning from. What triggered me to work for Prime group was the desire of learning the operations of such a big real estate development and construction company and how projects were thought, designed, and undertaken. Prime Group’s work environment is the right place for an intern looking to expand their knowledge in the construction, management, and development of real estate projects from start to finish. Being able to work closely with top professionals within many departments at Prime group was one of the things I enjoyed most. On a daily basis, I had the opportunity to analyze, visualize and interpret how projects were undertaken from early stages into the final stages of construction and eventually see win recognizable awards. One of the environments I enjoyed the most while working at Prime group was out on the field, where the actual construction was undertaken. Seeing how Prime group was able to undertake and construct record-breaking projects in such short time frames was a fantastic experience to be part of. Prime group has grown to be one of the most prestigious real estate development companies in Florida, having built many award-winning hotels and projects, with the help of their outstanding professional workforce, without a doubt it is the best experience for a student, as an upcoming professional can get.

The biggest accomplishment I can take from working at Prime group is the happiness and joy of knowing I grew stronger and wiser as a professional every day I worked at Prime group. The office and field environment were so fun, friendly, and professional. Interns at Prime group are taken into consideration as any other professional employee would which allows students to feel what working for an inspiring, strong, dynamic, and visionary company feels like. I would recommend students fulfilling their internships at Prime group without a doubt, students will be able to maximize their potential by learning the core skills needed to be successful in the real estate development business while working in the best environment they could have ever imagined.
